BHS Central is destined to be the centerpiece of BGC. It will feature a complex of cutting-edge retail and office spaces, offering unique and heightened experience of the current BHS.

A four-storey office building offering “creative office suites”
will rise above the retail area. Beside it is the Maybank building.

The landscaped area is an 80-meter wide park, double the width of the existing
BHS that has a water plaza which can betransformed into a stage area.
It has an urban amphitheater that will serve as the culminating of the entire stretch

THE MIND MUSEUM


It’s the first-world class science museum in the country. It will have 5 galleries -Atom, Technology, Life, Universe & Earth
Soft launch in Dec 2011 It will also have a Science-In-The-Park where kids of all ages can. Open to public in the 1St. Qtr of 2012 play and learn

What is The Mind Museum?
The Mind Museum is the FIRST WORLD-CLASS SCIENCE MUSEUM to be built in the Philippines.
The Vision:
To build a home for science and to make it the FIRST WORLD-CLASS SCIENCE MUSEUM in the Philippines. It will be our defining legacy that will give the next generation the wings to fly against the challenge of a future shaped largely by service and technology. With over 250 inter-active “minds-on” and hands-on exhibits, the museum will be a venue that will present science as entertaining, fun, and engaging.
The Mind Museum’s state of the art design will feature FIVE GALLERIES within its two levels:
The Story of the Universe: Its Beginning and Majesty
The Story of the Earth: Its Story Across the Breadth of Time
The Story of Life: The Exuberant Varieties of Life
The Story of the Atom: The Strange World of the Very Small
The Story of Technology: The Showcase of Human Ingenuity

FOODSTRIP


Retail Food Strip
-a casual dining area for the time conscious but also quality conscious professional who wants an enjoyable dining experience in between commutes and a hectic work schedule.
-Where the First Starbucks drive-thru in the Philippines is situated.

PARKING

Given the demand for parking areas in Bonifacio High Street, we are creating 4-level parking buildings called 1 Park Lane and 2 Park Lane.

The ground floor of both buildings will feature retail establishments.
-Soon to rise are 2 parking buildings with retail establishments on the ground floor and 3 levels of parking.
1 Parklane, one of the 2 parking buildings (at the back of ROX), is set to open in 1st quarter of 2012.

URBAN PARKS


A series of urban parks in BGC with different themes, three parks will be opened in Q4 of this year
Given the availability of vast open spaces and our plans to further enhance BGC, we are developing a series of parks for the benefit of the community.
Park A is the entry point and is intended for seasonal events.
Park B is the Neighborhood Zone and is ideal for pet walking, yoga, small performances, picnics and playground areas



A park that promotes healthy living (jogging. meditation, fitness); combined with sustainable lifestyle communicated through street furniture using
"recycled material."

The “BGC-C-5 Interchange,” will serve as an alternate access to the C-5 north-bound route and will decongest traffic on 26th Street and
Avenue during rush hours.
The C-5 North Entry of the BGC C-5 Interchange is a two-lane, 800-meter long, one-way interchange that will begin at the intersections
of the existing 32nd Avenue, University Parkway, and McKinley Parkway proceeding eastward to the northbound lane of C-5, and end just before
the C-5 elevated U-turn slot.
Construction has started and will be open to the public Q1 of 2012
